Step 1: Cleanse skin & Pat dry

Step 2: *Apply a dime size amount of exfoliating serum onto tips of fingers. Rub exfoliant onto skin in a circular motion.

Manual SKE exfoliating pad. Rub gently in a circular motion. Do this for 8-10 seconds.

Step 3: *Remove the slough skin cells with a wet cloth.

Step 4: Remove cloth from package. Place compressed towel into hot\ cool water. Allow towel to bloom. Unfold towel and place on skin until towel cool down or comes to body temperature remove cloth.

Step 7: Apply Aloe into skin.

Step 8: Apply Healing Oil to skin.

Step 9: Take jade roller and roll over treated area.
